About Me

I am the programme manager of Horizon Scanning Study Group at Renaissance Philanthropy as part of their collaboration with ARIA. I am also a non-resident fellow at the Energy for Growth Hub, a senior researcher at UK Day One, and a Roots of Progress Fellow.

Outside of my Substack, my work has been published in The Economist, Works in Progress, Asterisk Magazine, The Washington Post (1, 2), and Foreign Policy. I’ve also contributed to various QI books, including Amazon.co.uk bestsellers 222 QI Answers to Your Quite Ingenious Questions, 1234 Facts To Leave You Speechless.
